We had two weeks to complete it. Main challenges for me where the fluids simulation (trying to make it look and feel like rum), especially since this is just my second try at a fluid sim, and fighting the render glitches that you would expect from mental ray and Maya these days (especially when dealing with so many layers of transparency and refractions).
Maya for modeling, animation, texturing, Mental ray for rendering, Realflow for fluid sims and After effects for comp.
