I found this tutotial :
about using A label and coverage pass from maya and use it to mask every object you want in compo.

But the tutorial is based on SHAKE.

I try to do the same process in Fusion. I succeed to use the label pass, with a chanel boolean. then when i Check "use object" under the nuclear tab in each effect, i can apply an effect to only one of the object (its very very useful)

but, the edges are always bad, and to fix it i have to use the coverage pass, but whatever i try with it, i can't get this to work, the edges of the mask are always bad

do you know how to use the coverage pass with the label pass ?

have you tried to multiply your label pass with the coverage pass?

On a ChannelBolean you set the following:
Operation: "multiply"
ToRed, ToGreen, ToBlue: "Luminance FG"

Assuming your label pass is a white/black mask on the RGB channels and your coverage pass is a greyscale bitmap on the RGB-channels, you should get an anti-aliased mask if you plug both into the channelBol.
