uuuuhhhm sorry your question doesn't make sense. you want an image map for a cartoony floor, paint a simple colour but make it look water colour or acrylic.
Want a cartoony background, paint it.
If you are looking fo results paint them. Toon shaders only do one style. that is very simple modern graphic cartoon.
However using textures to make cartoon effects, requires the use of procedurals, as an image map can't change according to view and animation. say what you are tying to do and I'll see how I can help. Also state what program you are using this tends to get beeter help.
