You have some pretty good stuff in there, the lip sync (even though I can't understand it) and the panther (lion? tiger?) trying to get his arm out of the tree, the jump, are all pretty good, but there are some other parts which aren't up to that standard. The opening animation is ok in parts, but overall, the quality fluctuates. The weight of the box isn't very consistant. It drops on his toe and hurts him, but then a second later he kicks it as if its practically weightless, and this is only emphasized by the box bouncing off the walls (presumably) and coming back to him. There are two parts where your characters fall and attempt to get back on their feet, and these scenes desperately need reworking. All I would suggest is that you act it out and get some video reference because it's painfully obvious you didn't.

One more minor thing: I don't know about other people, but I find it much more appealing to see something rendered out rather than just a playblast, especially on a demo reel.

All in all, not bad. I think you could even trim some parts out of your reel and make it better just that way.
