That is beautifull. It really brings out the animated side of a flour sack. Great job.

That's a really cool rig. I loved the Bottom control (it was a lot of fun to make it dance). Was that a lattice that made it move like that, with controls for the belly and bottom?

side note: anyone know when the next challenge will be?

10-28-2007, 05:27 PM
yeah, the lattice was used to get extra control of the belly influence.

Dude, this is an awesome design and rig. I totally want to play around with it. Make a walkcycle perhaps. :D

Wow nice to meet the guy who made this rig. I downloaded it and checked it out. Very cool.

Lovely looking rig looks really wicked makes me wish i could afford Maya...maybe someday lol

I do however use Blender and was wondering if I could recreate or try to recreate this model and rig in Blender??

Omg so hallarious that you made this little guy. When i did a bit of 2d we had to animate that exact same sack, frame by frame, i thought it was soooo evil, but now you have brought him into the 3d world, damn you!!! LOL, Really cool rig man!!!

Fun! :)

Very good job!!

Hay mate

We used your character (and Andy rig) in a college project animation we did. It's really nice character to animate.

Only thing is, wished it was UV mapped but can't complain.

5/5. Will post the animation soon :)
