Haven't posted here before but its time I did! I needed something for my walls so I made this image to be printed on three separate sheets and framed individually.
Comments/Suggestions always welcome.

cool work very detailed i love work like this :thumbsup: .
my only crit is the main booster, well the blue flame looks a bit scratchy,
oh and how long did it take?

Thanks Guys! Im very glad you like it. I had reached that point of over exposure to the image and couldn't see it clearly anymore.
Xinoz0r: Im using one of the lower end Wacom graphire (4x6 I think) I actually like the smaller tablets to the one to one.

holy cow!! i love it!! the shading looks great and the atmosphere is amazing. also a compliment to the lighting and the aged texture!! it looks perfect to me! ...... post more of this stuff please

I just wanted to contrast the idea of a space ship with a very subdued pallette and lighting.

wow....rather interesting design! It's got this strange feel to it...not as a great mechanical flying object, but more like some ancient, legendary mahine...
heck...I'm thinking of a Japanese anime movie..sorry about that. but an incredible pic anyway! I especially like the flares from the rocket thruster thingies..;)
oh, and BTW, are those two smaller rockets supposed to be turned off? to me, it jsut seems a bit unusual....
