Can someone point me in the direction of some instructions on how to set up the FK/IK switch on my rig.

What happens if I just disble the solver then pose and set a key the enable it again?

What if I set the enable to off, set a key, then use FK...then key it back on and use IK?

PS -- my guys all rigged and skinned

Here ya go:

If you just disable the solver the arm might pop at those keyframes. Using a 3-arm technique lets you move smoothly from one to the other.
