View Full Version : Export Maya Camera into max ( with subtilities)

hi guys !

there the question : How can I export a camera from maya to max 9 ?

now the subtilities : I have to put an image in the viewport background as a reference to match the perpective to built the environement AND keep the value of fov and Lens.

not exactly the way I work. but that how they asked me to do... :S

the thing is, someone is going to match the perpective of the reference in Maya for the maya user, but as I am an Max lover, i have to re-do the job of finding the persp.

I know the Fov and Lens values of max and maya aren't quite the same in both progs...

is there any formula or ... thing, to adapt the params of the maya cam throught the export to max ?

damn.. I am clear ?
