View Full Version : dgMod.createNode("transform") doesn't create a thing

Hi there. I'm trying to create a transform node into my command.
While i'm writing:
MObject newCurveX = dgMod.createNode(MString("animCurveTL"));
and a curve is created, the same is not happening for:
MObject newTransform = dgMod.createNode(MString("transform"));

I've tried to use:
MObject newTransform = dgMod.createNode(MFn::kTransform);
as well, but with no luck.

I'm on maya 8.5 on mac osx and I don't know if there are problems relatives to this.
