I have authorization to go with Fusion, we were Combustion. I was wondering what the diffference was between Nuke and Fusion?

Well aside that Nuke is made by The Foundry and Fusion a product of Eyeon, they are both node based compositing programs. I couldn't really compare them because I've never used Nuke but as far as Fusion goes, it's amazing. But I'm pretty sure you'll get the same results out of either. One really good upside to Fusion is the learning curve. I was up and running with it in about an hour coming from After Effects.

If you are serious about this purchase I would suggest evaluating the free demo for both products first hand.
