I have such a character:
and I want to model his hair but I don't know which tools should I use... any help, tuttorials or stuff like that??

did you model the character that you have so far? if so then use the same method for the hair - just plain poly modeling will work best for this style IMO...

...but i'm not at all satisfied about results. His hair looks very odd for me, why? Did I model it in a wrong way?
