always when I render a textured scene with MR for maya it looks very grainy, how can I achieve the mr texture filtering (eg eliptical)?

there are some active threads on highend3d.com discussing advanced mental-ray node setups - check them out
actually i just received a scene file with a setup that should do elliptical filtering on a texture - i'm currently looking into it - if it works i can post a howto
