how to orientate the spawn to normal face of a sphere

Use the speed by surface operator set to out from surface, then use a rotation operator set to speed space follow.

no it doesnt do the job it still spawn the same as the image posted

Yup it probably does - unfortunately you need the particles to start moving before the rotation operator will kick in and turn the particles the way you want them - the speed by surface operator will make the particles move in the direction the normals are pointing and once the particles have started moving the speed space follow option in the rotation operator will work.

here´s a demo scene that should work (max8, no boxes needed).

just in case u wanna lock the particles along the normals on a surface there´re two possibilities to proceed (both flows in the maxfile below). If u just wanna spawn moving particles in normal direction increase the speed value from 0,001 to what ever higher...

the second approach to lock particles is an age test operator with both values set to 0,00 and a new speed operator event with 0,00 values. so they never really accelerate...anyways, just in case u wanna lock the particles...
