Latest Update: Shading (Textured and lit): Update?

A rough sketch of my "superhero".

Here's what I've been working on since my last submission.
His appearance definitely changed from the sketch, but that was to be expected since my drawing abilities are quite poor. I'm not happy with his teeth or his eyes so I'm going to have to work on that. He also needs a bit more detail so I'd say he's about 80% complete.
After this I move on to texturing and rigging. I'm really not looking forward to that.

Yeah... it's been over a month since my last update. So, my model is fully rigged and it's ready to be animated. You can't really see from this render, but I have over 40 blendshapes for his face to cover the basic emotions. I've been working on test lip-syncs and animations, and, so far, they're coming out pretty well. I'll show off his face some other time.
I still have to draw out the storyboards (yeah, I really should have done this first), but I have a pretty good idea of what's going to happen and how I want to shoot it.
Also, I keep putting off texturing the guy. Hopefully there won't be too many problems there.
Thanks for checking out my work and I hope that things are running smoothly for everyone else.
