This is our very first sketch of the male character... we decided to create a very futuristic environment and some others adaptations like that... critics and comments are welcome.. we will post the other sketches soon...
Welcome to the challenge it's good to see you here!
I like your concept sketch, it is a nice take on the character of John (I assume?). It will be interesting to see your adaptation of the screenplay.

Thnx for the coment, M477 . We are working to give the short a comic overall mood, and try to translate it in the characters and the museum in general, so as for this character (yep, John) the body had to reflect the strenght of a young person (yet with flaws like his narrow mind and his super-ego when dealing with others; wich are soon to be illustrated). this pose takes place when he's hitted by the first artwork :D. Still dealing with the hands and feet (struggling for a less organical look)
notice that this is only an initial state of the character, and the idea is that several team brainstorming sessions could give us a light on the final look of John, so feel free to comment any thoughts or crits

i like the way you are really thinking through the chracter design so that the look really reflects the presonality of theindividual.
looking forward to more.
