View Full Version : double deformation with blendshapes and joints

Hi there,

I got a small problem and that sthe following thing.
I made a mouse thats standing on 2 legs. ( like a human ) now im doing the facial animation for a close up. I have skinned the rig to the model and there are also blendshapes on the model.
when i make the mouse smile bij doing a blendshape its all good. But when i also want to move his ears with joints that are in it, the blendshape will deform again.
this is fo all blendshapes and joints.. like the jaw and the eye..
Is it possible to use both in the head and if it is. how do i make it possible?

Hi.. !

Just check the Inputs hierarchy of the geometry. If the blend shape node is above the Skin Cluster, bring it down the line. So the problem will be solved.

with a little help of an friend..

he told me to delete all history again .. and skin it again ..

then make blendshapes and choose at advanced for : in fron of chain.

and for now it works..
