View Full Version : Maya UV"s

I would like to have 2 sets of uv's on an object. 1 that encases the entire object (mostly for color) and a second one that acts as a 'stencil' that basically shows different character expressions. I want to manipulate the 2nd set of uv's separately so I can re-size, move up and down, ext... only the 'stencil' while not affecting thet underlying wrap. I"ve tried a few things but don't seem to be able to 'stack' the uv's. This is a very simple thing to do in 3d Max but Maya doesn't seem to be as strait forward. THANKS
