Concept Design Thread: Pirates of the Caribbean:The Fountain of Youth
Imagine you have been taked with designing new characters/concept art for a
NEW film on the Pirates world:
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Fountain of Youth.
The movie is set in the waters around Florida where Jack Sparrow & the Back Pearl crew search for the fabled fountain of youth. To their surprise, Conquistador "Ponce the Leon" and his Immortal crew is waiting for them.
We need designs for:
Pirate Crew ("Black Pearl")
Davey Jones Crew ("Flying Dutchman")
Spanish Inmortals ("Ponce de Leon Crew")
Here is some concept art
Inspired by the film Pirates of the Caribbean
These are the rules:

They can be done on any medium.
If you wish, you can add a brief text description about your piece.
Only original compositions. No "tributes" or plagiarizing, unless is it an integral part of the challenge.
You can post an entry at anytime for the topic presented on this thead BEFORE the voting thread for THE WEEK has been posted.

very cool sketch embryotic, though the right leg is a bit twitched, doesn't look very realistic...love the curves, style and atmosphere!

Painter IX, unsure of time (done over several days). Best guess... ~3 hours.
Originally a concept for the actual appearance of Ponce de Leon if the fountain's effects were to wear off, but re-read the brief, and saw there was no Ponce de Leon concept listed! Oops. :p
As such, this is how an undead minion of Ponce de Leon might look under the same conditions. :)
