Thanks for the article - interesting read.. Hope they survive against the competition - if anyone can they can - afterall they know how ILM works from the inside - big benefit into the industry regarding large studios and their domination tactics etc.

P.S. I wonder if they are setting their heights a little too high with regards employing the best of the best - can they afford to do that? Surely find new good young talent as they won't start off as costing as much - that is just in relation to the fact that they want to be competitively priced for their work - that's just hard to do if you have high-cost artists i.e. ex-ilm'ers etc.
