Hi guys I have a logo that I would look like it was all dented like a car in a car accident now I would like it to slowly come out to its original state, I was just thinking of selecting bunch of points and keying them how would you guys approached something like this, dumb it down for me. Thanks guys

So se what I am talking about please go to ( at bottom click on archive and wait until archive appears where you are suppose to type in for search then, right under that you can select pages navigate to page 20 by using small error and there is commercial called DEPTH OF TRANSPORT: CAR CRASH TO FACE SMASH

Perhaps try a deformer. I tried one out yesterday called Perlin Noise deformer. Not sure if this is exactly what you're talking about, but have a look. (You can keyframe animate all the attributes to get your shape to deform.)
