Do you "set key" to all the attributes of one control?

I will explain better.

When you're working pose-to-pose and keying your poses, what do you do?

Will you key the attributes that show changes or do you key every all of them?

I normally key all and them I'll spend some time in the GE when changing the tangent.

What you normally do?

usualy you should key every controller on your charcter (you can make a shelf button to select all and then press S to key, in maya), and block out the main poses this way, work out the timing, then go in and add breakdowns, refine timing, keep everything in stepped mode, once everything is satisfactory, go in and smooth them out, start from the root control which is usualy the hips, then the spine, shoulders, arms and legs, finaly neck and head and details for facial and fingers.

Humn, it's almost my workflow as well.

I'm just wondering if someone do it in a diferent way.
