View Full Version : IK Handle Problem

I'm trying to rig one of my characters, but everytime when i try to put an ik handle to my arm, it bends totaly wrong. If i rotate the pole vector (??) the whole arm joins in...
Any ideas how to rotate the vector without rotating the arm?

Before assigning the IK handle, rotate the elbow in the right direction, doesn't matter how far. When you've done that, chose 'set preferred angle' from the 'skeleon' menu. Then put the arm back in its original position and reassign the IK handle, the vector should be pointing in the correct direction.
