Hey thanks MrJames :D

Man it isn't so easy to model a celebrity because everybody knows them hehe

04-05-2007, 02:47 PM
After some tweakings i ended up with this.

04-05-2007, 08:15 PM
Ok now i have to give him some nice details and since i don't have ZBrush or Mudbox i have to do it with cinema but hey it's nice because i am learning of this :)

04-11-2007, 06:06 PM
Oh my god i tweaked him for an hour but i can't see the likeness though i pushed the verts and everything like it should be in the ref pictures, maybe it is because there is no hair, i don't know i am going crazy with this one

Gave him eyes :)

What do you think guys?

Please give me some comments and critique, thanks.

I think its a good start, but the likeness is missing in the eyes. Obviously, there is a lot of age and wrinkles that will help add detail and bring him more character, but his eyes lack definition. I would make sure he has the very strong bags beneath his eyes and other deatils like that. Also, his brow needs to be much more defined. Hope that helps, and good luck to you.

Hello Star_Scream82Nice start, but there is something wrong with his face. i think that the major problem is your face reference. you could try with another photo to match the front view.
The visage is to thine and for the other details, quasiagent1 sayd it all ( in a better english than mine :) )

ill post some more references pictures in my thread, or in yours if you want.
 and thank you for your help !

This is a good idea with an other reference picture ;) i will be very thankful if you would post it in your or my thread.

Oh my god thank you :D

I saw the refs at your thread hehe

Hey and i see that his chin is much smaller than at my model grrrrr there is soo much to tweak.

*Edit* Is there somebody who can tell me how to make some skinpores in ZBrush? Ok i found it ;) i played with the curve in the Transform menu, pulled down the verts and pulled up the noise.

04-15-2007, 06:54 PM
Ok how do you like him now? I've tried something in ZBrush but it wasn't that good and i have to learn modeling traditionally firstly ;)

04-18-2007, 09:20 AM
Ok i played around with some hair... and now i don't know why the hairs turn white maybe it's because of the light?

04-25-2007, 12:32 PM
Ok so this is what i've got sofar :)
