hey guys
can any one of ya tell me just which tablet i should be going for i have read 2 many reviews and right now my brain is sooooo stir fried...
i hear the graphire 2 is good but i am a bit apprehensive about the small (4x5) space it offers..
is that really small or am i just imagining things
the main use for the tablet would be for texturing my characters (3d)
thanks in advance

If you are on a budget and looking for a tablet I'd consider looking on Ebay,... I sold my 12x12 wacom for around $200, and then turned around and bought 2 6X9 Wacoms for $40 each.

Personally, I think the 6x9 format is the best,... I found the 12x12 to be a little large, and I also have a 4x5 that I find a little cramped.

The only thing is that you shouldn't expect to find a newer model for these prices,... look for the UD608 series,... they use an extra power supply and a serial connection (The new ones you can buy now are all USB) but you can find them for around $40 vs. $350 for a new USB model.

Good luck
