just started downloading, but a word of advice, stick to zip instead of Rar. Especially for mac users a lot won't know what the heck a rar is let alone what software they'll need to open it.

Great to see some other videos for R10 coming out. More the merrier, and the cloth one looks interesting even just to see in motion with those shaders. Any tuts on constraints are great too, its a very difficult subject.

just started downloading, but a word of advice, stick to zip instead of Rar. Especially for mac users a lot won't know what the heck a rar is let alone what software they'll need to open it.

.rar has been common on the mac side for years, all the mac circles I travel in use it all the time. Lots of mac programs to create and open .rar files, including the defacto mac compression suite by Stuffit, which has had .rar support since 2003...

I downloaded the walking tut and I didn't follow all of it, but the idea of actually walking your character two (or three) steps then cycle is exactly what I've been looking for.

I had always tried to cycle in place then tried to "walk the cycle" and that has been a nightmare. But, this way, I fix the sliding feet three times and I'm done! Cycle it and then I can just alter anything I want as the character wants.

Plus, when I add a center hip constraint, it makes it even easier.

I know this was probably obvious to most, but it was an eye opener for me!

So...thanks!!

It gives me pleasure, thanks :)

@bobzilla
I think that's similar to what you mean; link1 (http://home.arcor.de/anim3d/BunnyBall%20Stretchy%20Rig%20benytone%20pic2.jpg) .. link2 (http://s7.video.blip.tv/1100002229119/Magicfx-BunnyBallStretchyRig265.avi)
i personally like working with snapping method and most importantly because i get better result and it's fun

There's some serious bending going on there! It must hurt!

I just used a simple Position Constraint for the hips to be centered when walking. I also have a separate "hip" controller to tweak the hip movements where the hip isn't always centered between the legs.

Your version looks like you can turn it off and on.

Hi, Check out the video quality compared to Veoh, I can only say Veoh is the best streaming video and with best High quality converter!...vimeo and youtube are ridiculous.

Hi Pavel
which provider?!

cheers

HI
sorry, but we are not able to visit your tuts, there is an area restriction. I tested it with few my friends and without succes.

Your tuts looks really promising and I'm not happy from that.

Is here a chance post it on other system/server as well?

(for example our C4Dexchange.com?)

THX for your effort P

can someone just clean up this thread. With all the original posts from bennytone gone missing it has no value at all.

Can anyone provide the original links to the tuts?

Hmm, it seems that benytone just deleted his complete online content. I hope he is alright.
