Can you guys recommend some places where I can remove edges & vertices to make the triangle count more efficient? This will be for a game model.

Im not a genius, but I would try to distribute polygons more efficiently. There are edge loops I see you dont need, and you try to close many of them in strange places. Its better to have a tidier mesh, even its very lo poly, and since it is lopoly, you can leave tris where you need them.

I made an over paint, so you can get an overall feeling of what I mean.

Check out other peoples heads, so you learn how polys flow
