ya that part of the ref come from,and sine all demon look the same succubus ( , the stag from greek leagen.
here the idea that use to be till it get sour.. 4 arms and nude did not work

wow, four arms and nude really doesn't work at all,
i like the design so far, but it does look awfully close to the one Ivars mentioned, i think you're going to have work really hard to keep people's minds off that.
good luck though

and considering most of us haven't even started modeling yet, you probably don't need to model that much faster...

well i need to model a little faster cos .... don't have a wacom for Zbrushing the body,and i don't know if i can get one in time..which is not halping . so i have to model the hipoly model in max then add all the small detail usong photoshop. :sad: which is a hell lot of work.

as for the concept i may be drooping the face for some thing that look a bit Elf and lost the fice spike. just for out she not a dragon or a fish..:shrug: right now i realy have a bit of troble off getting the weapon to look right

interesting stuff here, i like the idea and the design of the staf, yea the succubus is very know in mithology and in the games even in world of warcraft they include the sucubus ;)
so i think that you can make your own version of it with personal creativity twist in the design, i just hope you will make her very sexy :D

hi Lee, your concept looks great and model looks good so far.

my only crit would be that she looks a little too inclined towards the evil side. remember that polycount is the evil one, we cant join them :twisted:.

Looking good. Can't wait to see what kind of sassy poses she can pull off. That neck collar looks a touch big, perhaps it makes her less feminine? Probably too early to tell.

hi Lee, this is coming along nicely. however, your normal maps look a tad bit distorted or less defined. what method are you using to create the normals? btw, i think faking sss with color map is not a good idea since real sss changes with the direction of light. so i suggest not to go over board with it.

as for polycount, i think you can optimize many areas in the mesh. mostly look in areas that have almost a straight silhouette with more edges needed to define that area.

im also a fan of adding normal map details on top of already completed normal maps, it lets you really localize it and avoid, hitting or affecting other areas + you can multiply your efforts and repeat design elements. I like where this is going thus far but I would remove the scar looking bit on the front of her quads, it doesnt seem to be working for ya.

The new head design looks much better!

I think you will want to keep the lowpoly a bit sharper in its general design, looks a bit blobby right now.
