View Full Version : Making an exact model of a human back

02 February 2007, 11:36 PM
Hey Guys,

Ive got to add some tattoes to a guys back for some VFX i'm working on. To make them stick nicely, i need an extact model of his back. And of course, I don't have a laser scanner sitting around.

Whats the best way to approach this? I thought of drawing a grid on his back so I could work out the ruff depth, or using somthing like PFTrack to generate a point cloud.

Any ideas?
