that woman was no chick, she had the most haunting stare in the universe (at the time that photo was published)(which you captured marvelously, btw)

i heard they had found her though, and she's overweight and healthy and stuff. good for her, considering the hardships she had to go through.

Healthy with a couple kids of her own as I recall... That was an amazing cover. One of the most memorable that I've ever seen.

Yeah National Geographic did a follow-up story on her. It was cool, i loved that cover. I this pic is pretty sweet too :buttrock:

that's some fantastic art, but honestly, I like the first one better, it seems to be closer to the actual shade of her skin than the 2nd.

An interesting note about that girl, she was 12 or so when they took the picture, I believe. I would guess 16 based on the look, but I would be wrong lol.

biggest hing I noticed is your face isn't as long. not much you can do about that now, otherwise reallly good job the eyes ahev the haunting feel, not quite as stong, but still very deep and chilling its like they see thru you.
