OK another reptile. Really this is the beast from 20,000 fathoms. Ray's first big hit on his own. Basically the creature was huge and trashed New York. I plan on doing the creature and a few buildings and cars around him to set the scale.
Here is soem of the early work on him teeth set but the spine still to go a bit of shaping to do yet and then on to UV mapping.

OK a quick look at a low res late 40's style car I made for it. (smoothed here) This is much closer than you will ever get to it.

A link to some pics of Ray's original piece. It is in BW so that affords me a bit of creative room for colors.

More work done on the creature. He is UV mapped and ready to get painted.

Working two at the same time. I am working on the beast from 20'000 fathoms. Allthough the beast I feel is not the well defined as other creatures he does have a lot fo the classic stuff to him. Anyways a set for him to trash. I got a bit of help from Daniel Veith who made the buildings. The cars could be better but I am opting for low poly cars so it can render in the end on my machine. I did make the cars.
