I'm looking for other brushes which look like FUZZBALL brush.

Do you know any plug in like this one?

Do you know any site to download brush plug ins?

You can always try making some within PS. You can use the freehand pen tool for organic strokes, and the stroke them using opacity fade with the brush size of your taste.
