View Full Version : Bridge question

In Bridge image dimensions are represented in pixels which is not really useful if you use bridge for book design purposes. Is there a way to change this to millimeters?
Otherwise, each image needs to be opened in photoshop individually to check
its physical size.

Thank you

I don't believe you can show your dimensions in anything other than pixels.

Bridge definately needs this. Perhaps suggest it at the Adobe forums.

Most image browsers will report the image sizein pixels. That is the dimensions PCs understand.
Whether one uses a high dpi to print out good quality at smaller actual size, or low dpi for average quality but larger sizes is up to the user. With experience, one gets to know more or less the sizes.
for example uxga (1600x1200px) images can be printed at 4x6 inches fine. And a full A4 would be in the 3200X2300 px range..
