Hello again!

This is what I want:

I made this quick and dirty with the pen tool but this is not what I want. I made 3 circles and want to join them into 1 polygon. For that I made one circle in a seperate layer and then copied them together in one. I select all polygons and press SHIFT Z to join them into one poly. No he tells me that "faces do not share edges" <- of cause because I pasted them together out of 3 layers. How can I make a geometry like shown in the above picture?

Thanks in advice

you want to use a boolean command rather then trying to make them one poly. Take one of those shapes in a foreground layer and another in a second. hit B to bring up the boolean tool. Select add. then repeat with last circle.

You could also put all three circles in one layer...kill all the polygons leaving just the points....delete the ones you dont need then select them and make a poly...
