this is my wip map for the sauerbraten engine. i made the brush work, textures and, hum...the low poly tree.
i quite like the tree, but the project itself is far from finished.
any comments are welcome (

The tree looks awesome when you render from side views. But the leafs turn out really flat when you look from below. If that's the angle you'll be looking at them in game you should rotate the faces downward I think...

what console does the engine apply to?

yeah, that could happen. but there are lots of rotation there. i think its is ok for now. thanks for the tip anyway...

i think its only for the pc right now, its is a free gpl game engine. the highlight is the way the editing was though of. its different of all other game engines, and pretty fast to do the brushwork. think of wysiwyg editing.

did some "kinda-machines" to populate the place... (
