This is probably a really simple one....

In maya I'm trying to create set driven keys on joint rotations so I can create a controller with attributes such as twist, bend etc. much like the hand contollers on IK joe (cheers goosh!)

I can create set driven keys alright, but not on joints...

Hey Zempher

Why can't you create a SDK on a joint?

It should be the same as creating any other SDK

do this:
Create a box. Add an attribute to it "Twist". Create a skeleton (with two joints) (joint1 and joint2).
Go to the set driven keys options.
select as your driver the pCube1 (Box). Select as your driven your joint1.
select the "Twist" as driven and joint1 RotateX as your driven. Key that. Change the value of Twist, rotate joint1 in X and set a new key

That should do it.

ok, now that is very strange it works fine now either I'm stupid or my computer is temperamental. thanks for the help.
