02 February 2003, 04:46 PM
Hello Wavers!

I've just updated ACS4 site. New contents include videos showing Ninja Rig in action (beta), Library section with some custom rigs and other interesting stuff (Character Picker by Jacobo Barreiro!). Last but not least is FAQ section for new ACS4 users. Have fun!

PS. ACS4 update coming soon!

just bought this plugin yesterday!! couldn't wait any longer. glad to hear the update is coming soon, please say it will include a quad rig!!!

if not i'll have to be patient a while longer. i have to say that after only a day of playing with the standard rig it is amazingly easy to use. thanks again !!

he Pazur, just check the website iand it is great. I was wondering if you can make a bird rig or a rig for a person with wings in the future this would help me out alot. but if you have no time i can understand. But if any one else can do one for me i would really like. i could give you may model it test it on if that helps.

or i will never be able to make my doggie do anything more than sit... or growl.. :annoyed:

well not long ago there was a really awesome bird character created by Kretin

cool bird here! (

he said he might make a tutorial for it. lets hope so!

Yikes, Ninja rigs seems like the bomb. That squash and stretch is great. I never seen rigs like that before. Thanks, great effort. Will the rig have independant upper body movement separate from the hip? I assume so. Hope it will release soon.

You can rotate hips and spine separately in ninja rig. As for the bird, hehe, if there is anyone who is willing to design rigs that could be convertable with ACS4 I can help and give needed tools, the more rigs, the better :)

Still waiting for that Mac version to come along...  Any progress with that, Lukasz?

We need some solid tutorials (using the Graph editor or Keytrak) on character animation. That Albee animation book is not so good at demonstrating the tutorial process of animating or keyframing and fixing the keyframe when you make an error or get your timing misjudged.

It will be nice to have a tutorial how to move the ninja the way Pazur does it, but in finer details so that beginners can learn to do it peacefully.

02 February 2003, 06:41 PM
