Hello,

I just use Maya 8.0 (mental ray) for rendering short animation involving with human characters... when i do the test render (still images) it just looks fine... but when i start make a batch render... some weird things happens... some of the human body parts are left behind... it like a rigging problems....

FYI, I convert this scene into maya 7.0 and with the same setting I just do a batch render again and the problem solved....

But, how do I overcome this problem bcoz i need to render this whole animation using maya 8.0

Check out Translation Tab in Render Globals, if Optimize Animation Detection is OFF. If not - turn it off.
I'm not in front of maya at the moment, so the tab name might be slightly different. But it's located somewhere under verbosity options.
