View Full Version : Question about polygon orientation.

Okay. So I made this mesh, I smoothed it (Subpatch) and I started editing it. I have but one problem and it is driving me up the bloody wall.
I have two polygons next to each other. I do not want this. I want the polygons to be on top of each other. Perhaps this illustrates it better:
I want to go from a mesh like A to a mesh like B with the change in polygons 1 and 2.
I know this can be done fairly easy, as someone does it in a tutorial on lightwave3D.com with a click or something . The tutorial in particular is this one (http://www.lightwave3d.com/tutorials/modeling/head/index.html) (Second movie, 10 seconds into it when he does the nose.)
How does one do this?

Theres also some free plugins like spin tris and spin poly pair that work with things other then quads.
