View Full Version : one shader on multiple models - random UV co-ordinates? help!!

Right - I simply cant figure this out and the worst thing is I've seen it done too!!

I've got a simple blinn a dozen models - I have a displacement map on this blinn. I want each model to have different uv offset values without having to create blinns with different UVplaceTexture nodes (1 for each model) :/

can anyone help me here? I seen something aaaaages ago about switch nodes being used in this kind of thing but I'm lost really

please please help - this one is doing my noggin in :(
