View Full Version : Trouble Getting Extras Content CD

Hi All,

If you had prolems getting the EXTRAS CONTENT CD, I emailed E-on and this is what they said,

At least they replied to you... I submitted a ticket on the 3rd Nov asking when I should expect my email with download links.. still no reply or email.

I just downloaded the program and the Extras CD without problems. The extras zip is 377635kB.
No problems with installation or registration either, everything worked out great. I was kind of expecting problems from reading what others experienced. Rendered out this while typing, I'm not that fast.

I agree at lest they replyed to you. I been waiting a week for replys to some sales questions.
Weird some get replys fast and others have to wait.
How long did it take to validate your payments and get the links in email for downloaidng the product. :)

I got the links in about two hours from the time I filled out the form. Mind you, I live in Norway and this was about 0800 local time so I guess there was less traffic on their site than usual. But then again I was told that my order had to be manually rewied since the system was unable to validate the serial number from my copy of Vue5. The fact that I waited a few days could also have been to my advantage.

Go to e-on's site and check your account. I found the working link to the Extras CD there. Downloaded very fast too.

Hello, is there a certain section of my account I should be looking? Under "Your Orders" it lists the products as shipped on the 3rd November. My credit card has been charged, however no links or email to download. Ticket I submitted 3rd Nov about this went unanswered... so sent another this morning. Not the best process or customer service in world for what they are charging I must say. My first e-on purchase and so far very disappointed.

Also when trying to register the serial they gave me it says invalid??

This is what I have in my account:

You have registered the following products: ( Vue 6 Infinite
User Forum
Technical Support
Software Updates
Download Extras CD
Registered Installation Codes for this product:
INS-1234-234-2345-xxxx etc.

The download links for Vue6 and bad extras content cd, were sent by email.

Thanks Ivan,

E-on emailed me today with download link which I have now installed. Lengthy registration/activation system they have... just downloading the extras CD now. Still chasing up the MatchMover and Vue6 Training DVD links now. 8 days and still emailing...

I ordered Cinema 4D r10 as a physical shipment 2 days ago and it turned up today... says something for the old fashioned delivery methods LOL.
