View Full Version : low-poly to high poly modelling Problems,SOS!

Hey guys...I am a newbie for facial animation making. recently, I made a low-poly human beings head and try to transform it into a high poly which can use for facial animation. following problems are appeared:

1. for the low-poly model, I can't make a well looking lip and mouth.
2. I can't put a sphere eyeball on the correct place because it will appears "gap" after a simple rotation.
3. I have no idea how to create the mesh loop around the eye and mouth.

I feel so hard to solve them by my currently modelling abilities. This is a bit urgent, coz I have to finish this in 2 weeks. see anyone can help me to fix these problems, I am so appreciate.

there is a free head modeling video at 3Dbuzz that goes over how to create good edges for the eyes and mouth, its a pretty fast method but works well

sorry I cant post the link as my work computer wont let me onto 3Dbuzz for some reason
