View Full Version : blend pp-attributes in rumtime.

im want to blend 2 pp-attributes driven by a thierd attribut in my particle runtime expression.

exemple: $aFloat = blend from Attribute 1 to Attribute 2 driven by Attribute 3.
Attribute3 = goes from 0 to 1 over a certain time.

I want this to happend in rumtime and per-particle.

i tryed to use the "blendTwoAttr" and "pairBlend" but it seems that they dont work on
pp-attribute......i dont know.

maybe i got your question wrong, but shouldn't be that enough?

$aFloat = $attrib1 * $attrib3 + $attrib2 * (1 - $attrib3);

That fixed the thing.
very simple! but for my little brain.........humm ;P

im working on a big expression that oscillates a series of particle instances
and this was for a controll of the oscillating are syncronized or not.
