I think it looks like the proportions are a bit off in the buildings, especially the second one (last pic)
Because I suck at explaining, I made this picture; http://img213.imageshack.us/img213/112/untitled2fz6.jpg
the problem with your model is that the floors (and ceilings of the stories below) would be very thin, or the windows would go from the floor to the ceiling, making them huge. Which, of course, could be the case, but the rest of the design of the building makes me think that that's not the case.
I personally hate measuring to get the exact size of things, so what I usually do is make a biped, so you can check the scale on him. Then just stand up yourself, and look;
where on you is the lowest part of the window in your room; how big is the space between the top of the door and the ceiling of your room; and etcetra. Then just apply these things using the biped as your 'you'.
Unless you want to scan yourself into the computer and have yourself as your biped! Wicked

hehe thanks fasth
I actually do use that method of bringing a biped dude and using him as a scale messuring. Here's a front shot of that building with weapons
I know what you mean on the last pic :), I will change it first thing

You need to change the base of the machinegun in the second picture because that does not even look possible.!
Everything else looks really good except the lack of some extravagance man! put your own character into the lights or something.... everything is just out of the book:shrug: .!
nice job though
