Greetings! I recently finished school at Montreal's Centre NAD in the visual effects for cinema and television program. During the year we had four major projects to work on. Since we are now finished with our year I am now posting the results of this year in hope of getting your critics.
you can find my webpage containing my projects here : www.stringpuppet.net/~smeunier/index.html (http://www.stringpuppet.net/~smeunier/index.html)
or you can access each demo individually here :

After watching the first one, I think you could tighten up the timing of it. One thing that was sort of weird to me is , why did he jump in front of the bus? Did he want to die?
I like some of the gags, but i think it would have been better if you really nailed a few of them rather than doing a decent job on all of them.

You're right, the timing of the animation could be a little tighter in that first demo, it was our first real project of the year and the first long character animation I did so there is definatly room for improvement. As for the jumping in front of the bus thing.. well I guess he should have hopped away a little instead of neatly placing himself in front of the bus.. I guess I was still a little irritated that a real thief had stolen my real bike recently, so I made sure he didn't miss his bus :) But you're right, that part could have been worked out more.
Thank you for your time, it's much appreciated!
