hi everybody...i have a those pictures

the particles are vertical......i need them horizontal but whatever i do they stay vertical...when i rotate the emitter the particles change their place but remain vertical.....i tried all types of particle systems and its always the same rezult.....please help

ps: i am using a cilinder reference .. thats why the particles are like that

that's a super spray, right? there should be a rollout in the modifier panel for it called something like "rotation and collision" or something like that. you should be able to do it in there.

or use particle flow. its super easy in particle flow, although PFlow is a bit more complex than super spray.

if you can't figure it out, post a pic of your particle setting in your next post.

well i tried all of them and the only one which rotates them, rotates them just makes all the particles rotate when moving and i need them flowing straight....i just need them coming out from the emitter horizontal and not verticle....even when i tried some space warps and forces the particles were affected but didnt rotate...just changed teh way in which they moved :(

Hehe, fellow Bulgarian

In PFlow - create a plane, perpendicular to the direction you wish the particles to go, then position them on the plane, and use speed bu surface. Don't know how it is done with other systems, haven't bothered with obsolete stuff :) PFlow rules :)
