where is the place to change the colors? And a quick question: What does the alert level mean?
03 March 2002, 04:35 PM
Add those lines to your LWHub.cfg. Alert Level controls how warnings, errors, and info will be presented to you.

yeah, right after i posted i found it. And thanks for telling me what alert control meant

how do i tumble or orbit or whatever like in maya in persp so i don't need to go up to those icons on top of the viewport. Is there a shortcut key or something?
03 March 2002, 05:12 AM
In your manual index, under 'Viewports> chainging point of view, 6.7'
It describes all the keyboard shorts for changing the point of view.
03 March 2002, 11:47 PM
meloncully:> If you hold down Alt while left-clicking and draging in the perspective viewport, it "tumbles" like maya. (you also have more control over the orbit than if you use the little icon.
Hope this helps.:D

I have been learning a LOT from your posts and time-lapse movies! I’m really digin your flabby demon thang. You give a lot to cgtalk and I hate to ask for more… But. Could you post your previous interface color settings? The colors you were using before these.
Not to push my luck… But ;) I would love to see what you have hiding behind some of your other custom tabs in modeler. I already snaked your “Sculpting” tab setup. Ha! Just couldn’t find the mysterious “cut left” and “cut right” buttons.
Thanks a bunch! Even if you can just give me those colors I will be psyched :D
And hopefully I will be able to give back to these forums soon!

I'm actually going to redo all my configs soon, I'll post those when they are done. Glad you like the demon. :)

And I'm Really looking forward to the revised configs. I understand that you are pretty stretched with work at Furious as well right now... Hope we can take a look before too much longer. I'm sure it will worth the wait!
