Hi guys,
do you know any plug-in for Max allowing you to spray 3d mud or dust or snow over a geometry? I am not looking for a shader or any 2d effect, but a proper 3d geometry modelled on the fly. Can you recomend anything?

Well, you could make your geometry a universal deflector, set boucne to 0, then make a particle system that shoots metaballs. After you run your simulation, you could use the mesher object to convert the metaballs into real geometry you can modify from there.

thanks neil, i found what i was looking for. It is either Spray Master or Particle Flow Tools. Thanks for your tip too!
