View Full Version : Combine normal maps?

Is there a way to combine different normal maps? E.g. one from zBrush with a bump map turned into a normal map by using Spotinfo, Subtract and Normalize? The Math-Vector-Add seems to weaken the the effect of each one, but doesn't combine both bumps in a way to see the full effect of each map. Any ideas?

perhaps you can use add and scale ( ie 200%) ?
