combustion doesn't support any of the bezier warp/bicubic plugins, so in that regard you are out of luck. However there is a workaround to this problem. Apply a distort operator to the footage you want to have affected and then create a paint layer. Using luminance set the distort's source to the paint layer and paint away. I've also found that it helps to add a gaussian blur to the paint layer and then source the distort to the blur. I know it's not perfect and maybe we can get some mesh warping in the next release, but for now this will have to do.
