Hi there!everythings cool?=) Well, Ive started a new matte and I wanted to show us the process of it. Its about Titan, one of the moons of Saturn so I wanted to create an hipothetical landscape. I use one custom photoshop brush for painting.So, here I go:

Im redefining the hole composition to make a focal point, like a meteor impact and a research robot watching the hole landscape:

I give more height to the composition cause I think it works better. Adding Saturn on the horizont and Ill add more clouds too:

Another update: painting the rocks ( a little tedious job,hehe) changing the height of the composition and adding a space probe with its parachutes:

the only thing i dont like is the Saturn planet in the distance...... everything else is cool

miguelslo: thanks for your words =) Well, I added Saturn to make a known element cause maybe if someone watches this landscape, could think its Mars. Again, thanks for your critic:thumbsup:

In this update I change the height and shape of Saturn, adding some clouds, making the atmosphere warmer and changing some elements too:

yes the saturn looks a bit better now... maybe try to put more shadows in the sand.... right now it looks like fog or something, if you know what i mean

nice one on this painting gonzalo, although I think the left rock on the foreground doe snot match the others in color and shape it still looks good ( I see more magenta than yellow) , another thing maybe is to watch your exposure, the foregound shold be darker . everything else is great
